SPACE (San Patricio Art Center), Guaynabo Puerto Rico. January - June 2023

  • Curator. “IN-ANIMADA” is a solo exhibition by William Norris. Did in-site and virtual studio visits, finalized curation of the exhibition, and completed a comprehensive essay about the body of work.

Bronx Art Museum. New York. July 2022 - November 2022

  • Curatorial & Research Assistant. Project-specific assistant for curators Amy Rosenblum-Martin and Ron Kavanaugh for the exhibition “Swagger & Tenderness: The South Bronx Portraits of John Ahearn and Rigoberto Torres.

Locust Projects. Miami, Florida. January 2022 - September 2022

  • Arts & Philanthropy Assistant. Supporting the Executive Director and Development Director in building and sustaining an authentic culture of philanthropy that is diverse and inclusive, reflecting Miami's unique cultural communities. Assisting the Locust Projects staff in research, design, and operations of exhibitions, curatorial projects, and programming. In addition to administrative and exhibition support, the primary focus is providing exceptional customer service, grant management, special event programming and coordination, and database maintenance.

Women Photographers International Archive. Miami, Florida. January 2021 - December 2021

  • Social Media Marketing. Internship supervised under founder, Aldeide Delgado assisting in the overall preparation of the first-ever WOPHA Congress: Women, Photography, and Feminism at the Perez Art Museum Miami. Provided marketing campaign strategy and implementation, acting as a liaison with the design and media team. Overseeing all WOPHA social media platforms managing the calendar, analytics, and maintaining the visual identity. Handled email correspondence to media platforms, photography organizations, and artists.

  • Assistant Event Coordinator of the overall event planning, coordination, and production of the first-ever WOPHA Congress: Women, Photography, and Feminisms held at the Pérez Art Museum Miami from November 17 - November 20, 2021. Liaison between WOPHA staff, the general public, artists, curators, and participants. Worked all events in VIP and RSVP Management and Community Relations. Organizing and managing invitations, email updates, location, marketing tables, prices, and more. Produced all social media content on Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter.

  • Editorial Assistant for the WOPHA Congress publication titled Becoming Sisters: Women Photography Collectives & Organizations an impactful 286-page photobook by editors Aldeide Delgado and Ana Clara Silva that centers around collaborative practices in photography from a feminist perspective. Presented alongside the 2021 WOPHA Congress in Miami, Florida, this publication works as a registry and collective manifesto of 40 international women and non-binary collectives and like-minded organizations and 98 women-identified and non-binary photographers reframing the dominant narratives of photography history.
